The complaint process:

  1. Complainant submits their complaint/concern via the University Complaint Form portal below.
  2. The complaint is received by the Complaint Administrator who reviews the complaint and forwards the matter to the appropriate Responsible Executive.
  3. The Responsible Executive channels the complaint to the appropriate administrator for investigation and resolution and informs the Responsible Executive once the complaint is resolved.
  4. The Responsible Executive informs the Complaint Administrator of the resolution.
  5. The Complaint Administrator enters the resolution into the log and informs the Complainant of the resolution, if applicable.
