Submit a Complaint

The complaint process:

1. Anyone is welcome to submit a complaint through the portal.
2. All complaints are routed to the Office of Compliance and from there are forwarded to the appropriate department head for resolution.
3. Title IX reports can be submitted through the portal or can be sent directly to the Title IX Coordinator at titleixcoordinator@utpb.edu
